Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the services of All London Recovery ("we", "us", "our"). By requesting or using our vehicle recovery services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
1. Definitions
"Company" means All London Recovery.
"Customer" means the person or entity requesting or receiving services from the Company.
"Vehicle" means the motor vehicle requiring recovery, towing, or roadside assistance.
"Services" means vehicle recovery, breakdown assistance, towing, roadside repairs, and any other services provided by the Company.
"Recovery Location" means the location from which the Vehicle is collected.
"Destination" means the location to which the Vehicle is delivered.
2. Service Description
All London Recovery provides 24/7 vehicle recovery, breakdown assistance, towing, and roadside repair services across all London boroughs and surrounding areas. Our services include but are not limited to:
- Vehicle recovery and towing
- Breakdown assistance
- Roadside repairs (where possible)
- Jump start services
- Flat tyre changes
- Fuel delivery
- Accident recovery
- Vehicle transportation
We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.
3. Booking and Service Request
Customers may request services by:

When requesting services, customers must provide accurate information including:
- Vehicle make, model, and registration number
- Exact location of the vehicle
- Nature of the breakdown or required service
- Preferred destination for recovery
- Contact information
Any delay or inability to locate the vehicle due to inaccurate information provided by the customer may result in additional charges.
4. Pricing and Payment
All pricing is provided upfront before any service is rendered. Our pricing structure is transparent with no hidden fees.
Pricing Components:
- Call-out fee (varies by location and time)
- Mileage charge from our base to the recovery location and from recovery location to destination
- Any additional services requested (e.g., jump start, tyre change, fuel delivery)
Payment Methods: We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and bank transfers. Payment is due upon completion of services unless prior arrangements have been made.
Quotations: Any quotation provided is valid for 24 hours only. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Late Payment: Invoices not paid within 30 days may incur interest at 8% per annum above the Bank of England base rate.
5. Service Delivery
Estimated Arrival Times: We strive to arrive within 30-60 minutes of your call, depending on location, traffic conditions, and time of day. These are estimates only and not guaranteed.
Delays: We shall not be liable for any delays caused by traffic, weather, accidents, road closures, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Vehicle Handling: Our operators will take reasonable care when handling your vehicle. However, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage or issues that become apparent during or after recovery.
Vehicle Capacity: Our recovery vehicles are designed for standard cars, vans, motorcycles, and light commercials. We reserve the right to refuse recovery of vehicles that exceed our safe operating capacity.
6. Customer Responsibilities
The customer agrees to:
- Be present at the recovery location or arrange for someone to be present
- Remove all personal belongings from the vehicle before recovery
- Secure any loose items within the vehicle
- Provide accurate information about the vehicle and situation
- Ensure the vehicle is accessible and safe for recovery
- Pay all applicable charges promptly
The customer acknowledges that we are not responsible for any personal belongings left in the vehicle during recovery.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, All London Recovery shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of profits, business, or revenue
- Damage caused by pre-existing vehicle conditions
- Delays caused by circumstances beyond our control
- Personal belongings left in the vehicle
Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for those services.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
8. Cancellation Policy
Customer Cancellation: If you need to cancel a service request, please notify us as soon as possible. A cancellation fee may apply if our recovery vehicle has already been dispatched.
Company Cancellation: We reserve the right to cancel a service request if:
- We are unable to locate the vehicle due to inaccurate information
- The vehicle is unsafe or impossible to recover
- We suspect fraudulent activity
9. Insurance
All London Recovery carries comprehensive public liability insurance and employer's liability insurance. Our recovery vehicles are fully insured for road use. We are PAS 43 certified, meeting the British Standard for vehicle recovery operations.
Customers are responsible for ensuring their own vehicle insurance covers any damage that may occur during recovery. Proof of insurance may be requested.
10. Complaints Procedure

We will acknowledge your complaint within 2 business days and aim to resolve it within 14 days. If you remain unsatisfied, you may contact the Chartered Trading Standards Institute for further assistance.
11. Data Protection

12. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
